Your mind is powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts your life will start to change.

A Simple Gratitude Practice for Beginners

One of the easiest things you can do to improve your life, is to start looking for things that you are grateful for. As much as possible, start noticing and appreciating the beauty and wonder all around you. Let this kind of thinking grow within you and permeate your being.

Over time, you will notice more and more things show up into your life for you to be grateful for.

It’s simple, what you put in, is what you get out. If you want more things to be grateful for start looking for and appreciating all things that you are already grateful for. Have fun!

Affirmations are a powerful, effective and awesome way to help you fully become who you want to be.

When you are operating as your highest and best self, you will be able to attract situations into your life that are aligned with your greatest capacities and joys. It all starts with you and your foundation.

Everything builds and snowballs off of the internal foundation you build, however strong, or weak it is, so make your decisions wisely and work hard to overcome and flush out any obstacles.

Whatever beliefs and thoughts that are cycling through you is what you are going to get in return. Therefore, affirming good things, so you can build a foundation that you like, and then working towards what you want, will get you to where you dream.

You can be what you want and have what you want!

Please don’t leave these decisions of who you are, what you think, what’s important etc… up to media or social conditioning. Put the time in, put the work and be your own architect! It’s more fun that way!

An Affirmation for Psychological Success 

This is one affirmation that I love. It is written by Parahamansa Yogananda and taken from this amazing little pocket book, Scientific Healing Affirmations (Self-Realization Fellowship).

I am brave, I am strong.
Perfume of success thoughts
