In the Great Tradition, Yoga has always been taught in private, one-on-one meetings between the teacher and the student. This is the traditional way and one of my favorite ways to teach.

They say it takes 30 days to make something a habit. That is why new clients book a minimum of 4 sessions to get going on a path that actually works!
Once a week, for 4 weeks I meet with you at your home, (so you don’t need to drive anywhere), where we will talk and I will teach you and write you a home yoga practice especially for you and your needs. Each week we will check in with each other and together we will help you set up a blossoming at home yoga practice and a healthier lifestyle.

A Yoga Practice is All you need to do to care for the health of your body and mind.
So you can ditch the gym, running, biking, weightlifting and all the other activities you do to get and stay fit… unless of course you want to do and enjoy these activities, then yoga is amazing compliment and recovery tool. It can be what you want it to be and maybe that will take differnt shapes and forms as you evolve.
Still reading?… Here’s how working with a Tucson private yoga teacher could work with me, but I want you to know the program we do can be different depending on what you are looking for.
I come to your home and we’ll sit down and chat so I can get to know you better and understand your goals, desires, struggles, reason for wanting to experience yoga in to your life etc. I then design a private, personal yoga practice tailored especially for YOU and your needs. It’s super neat.
You will get a copy of the practice I’ll teach you for you to practice on your own until our next session the following week.
If you’d like and I also provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on Ayurveda, which is the sister science to yoga.
Since it takes 30 days to create a new habit, new clients book a minimum of 4 sessions with me and then if we wish to continue with our sessions it’s $50 a session after that. The 4 sessions are paid up front, so it’s $200 and you’ll be good to go for the first month of tucson private yoga teacher lessons.
For $200 you will basically be getting a private trainer, health and nutrition coach and you’ll be learning invaluable tools that will help you in your everyday life. What sets this apart from other programs and trainings is the design. I to help you to be self-reliant in your health and fitness, and eventually the student will no longer need to teacher (that’s the goal), opposed to getting a personal trainer or something else where your progress is dependent on another person being there to instruct. This is truly a service to help you help yourself.
I cannot even express the multitude of benefits yoga has to offer in one setting. I can tell you this though, if all people had a regular yoga practice this world would be a lot better place because people would be healthy, strong, self-aware, have self-love and compassion, be peaceful, be less reactive, be clear and be in control of themselves.
One of the most beautiful parts about yoga is it’s a mind + body balancing tool. Whatever YOU Personally Need, yoga naturally does for you. It’s seriously magical.
